Lily Maree Onley I went in here to grab a coin purse I had seen online. I had just come from the doctors as I have a severe back injury and was just wearing comfy clothes & couldnt lift my arms enough to do hair or makeup. I was followed around the store and was stopped when i was looking at the watch bands. They made me feel as if I “didn’t belong” in the store and that I was being watched through a magnifying glass. I felt extremely uncomfortable and both staff were extremely rude to me. As a store manager of a retail store myself I would be mortified to hear about a customer feeling so uncomfortable in my store. Even at the counter I was getting looks and snarky comments. The purse she got from the back she moved away from me when I looked at it like I was going to take it and run. From now on I will NEVER be going into Eastland MIMCO as this is not the first time I’ve had an awful experience at this location. It’s not difficult to be nice. :(

Local advisor Our experience at the store was quite disappointing. I believe the person in question was the manager, and her behaviour towards her staff was very unprofessional. She raised her voice at a team member in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, while another staff member was assisting me with a watch, she abruptly interrupted the interaction. Due to this behaviour, we chose to leave the store. I hope this feedback helps in addressing the matter

Focusing on my friend, I called Holdsworth after our visit and Shelly couldn’t have been more helpful in remembering what I’d seen and organising everything for me (resizing etc). I completely love the ring - top one on picture.

Thu Betteridge A strange encounter this morning. I bought a ring online and went to the store to collect. The Asian woman (store manager?) kept staring at me while I showed her the "the order is ready to collect" email on my phone. She seemed not believing in what I said nor reading the email. Even when the second store person asked for my name and found the order, she still unsure that I should have it. I showed her my ID too, just in case. But she kept telling me about 2 orders coming in from Singapore and then there should be 2 emails ? Oh dear, I have acted above my station, I should not and could not afford a Swarovski at all in her eyes! I love Swarovski designs and bought many pieces over the years, but this morning I began to think may be Swarovski is not for me at all. I saw something I like while I was in store but walking away with that thought in my head.

Miranda Turrino I was served by a lovely girl named Miranda I believe (black short hair). My necklace broke in the shopping centre and I popped into the store and she looked up my name in the system and replaced my necklace with a brand new one because it was still under warranty. She was so friendly I would recommend going to her and she even showed me other jewellery which I ended up purchasing for a Christmas gift this year. Definitely ask for her !!!

ashley barrueto Awesome experience with Kalli. My sisters and I got permanent bracelets personalised with charms. The variety of jelwery is great to see and the sizes are so inclusive for all their pieces.

Judy Lynch Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience when returning my bracelet yesterday needing the clasp to be reattached It just broke about 3 1/2 months ago. I live down in Middle Park so it took me a while to get back up to Eastland. So took it into the store yesterday and I was charged $10 to have it put back on now I was furious and yes, I acted like a bit of a Karen in the end because the young girl was so rude about explaining that it’s a three months policy Warranty which I’m sorry. I think that’s a little unfair considering it is handmade so I feel the quality should have been up there. I’ve spent nearly $400 at this store and it’s has come to this that I’ve had to complain about getting charged to have the bracelet fixed which obviously the quality was not up to standard. I had treated the braceletwith kit gloves, but the thing that really annoyed me was my friend was in there earlier and she had to get a link placed onto her bracelet and she wasn’t charged anything( I didn’t have a new clasp put on at all just reattached the old one ) Now I know it was only $10 which is absolutely nothing but I’m sorry but if a product isn’t up to standard and it is supposedly craft great craftsmanship it shouldn’t have fallen off. Yes things happen. I’m not saying they don’t but I think your warranty should be a little longer than three months, according to the woman young woman that was obviously standing in for the Mannger yesterday. ( Who by the way needs to deliver her message in a much more friendly manner to which I wouldn’t have been such a Karen!) And I’ve read all the reviews and yes everybody is treated so lovely and welcoming. When you’re buying products I grant you that because that’s exactly how I was treated but when a product isn’t up to scratch and it is to be mended now that’s a whole different story… Judith Lynch

ALB Check your footage yesterday at 3.15pm. It seems that putting jewellery on pads is more valuable than a customer who says hello, I would like to buy some charms. Im looking at spending about $150. Waiting, waiting, there was no I wont be a minute, Ill just finish up here. No, she continues putting jewellery on pads and another pad. But wait, another customer comes in and I still havent been served? So now she has 2 customers shes not serving. After she showed me one pad, I left saying look I think Ill buy a present somewhere else. Your store must be making so much money that you dont need customers. The arrogance amazes me.

Levi J Visited 13/6/19 early afternoon,i was the only customer,two girls working,one immersed in her phone the other totally ignored me .They both then chatted,turned their backs to me.I walked around the display twice,still no service,not even eye contact! UNBELIEVABLE HOW YOU GET JOBS!
