1 /5 ALB: Check your footage yesterday at 3.15pm. It seems that putting jewellery on pads is more valuable than a customer who says hello, I would like to buy some charms. Im looking at spending about $150. Waiting, waiting, there was no I wont be a minute, Ill just finish up here. No, she continues putting jewellery on pads and another pad. But wait, another customer comes in and I still havent been served? So now she has 2 customers shes not serving. After she showed me one pad, I left saying look I think Ill buy a present somewhere else. Your store must be making so much money that you dont need customers. The arrogance amazes me.

1 /5 Tina Zhao: I visited the Pandora store at Eastland on 14th June around 2:35 PM with my mum. We waited about 10 minutes to be served. When the assistant (name starts with “S” and ends with “ya”) was free, she asked, “Who’s next?” I waved and said, “Here, we’re next.” She looked right at us, then ignored us and served another customer who arrived later. This made me feel disrespected and treated unfairly. I have always loved Pandora, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this store. I hope Pandora addresses this issue to ensure all customers are treated fairly.

1 /5 Yan Tj: Worst customer service ever! They made us wait in line (as the only customer!), while the staff worked very slowly, tidied up accessories, and completely ignored us. When it was finally our turn, they had no idea what we were looking for and were not helpful at all. Definitely not going back. The customer service needs serious improvement—no "hello," no "hi," no smiles, and absolutely no sense of being welcomed into the store.

Hence two stars as I got impatient waiting to be served
