Zoe L always lovely upon entry, always offering us to try on the jewellery we definitely cant afford, which is nice for them to treat us just as well as the people who could afford them. My husband got me sunglasses here a year ago and theyre still going solid and I get many compliments for them. Well be back when we can someday afford The Grace. Thank you to all your staff.

Hien Pham Amelia was remarkable in my dealings at Cushla Whiting. From the initial consult, Amelia was always attentive and patient. She really took the time to understand what I was after and had no problem delivering on a ring that needed to be expedited for an overseas proposal. If her experience was not already evident, it was indisputable when the final ring arrived and fitted my fiance perfectly. I was not able to provide a ring size but that wasnt a problem for Amelia who only needed to examine a recent photo of my partner to make a calculated guess. Amelia is a true gem amongst gems and I would highly recommend working with her if you are considering a bespoke piece.

Daniel Moon From the moment we stepped into the Kennedy Chadstone store, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from the entire team. We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter. One of the ladies engaged her in conversation, which made it much easier for me to focus and make my decision without feeling rushed. Having visited many boutique AD stores across Asia, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Going On a cruise The girls at Bensimon boutique are so attentive and patient and very honest about what suits your skin tone. You will be offered water or champagne while you browse the incredible designs. Each visit is an absolute pleasure!
