5 /5 Jill Wat: This little jewellery store has a jeweller on site. So I took my mothers ring here to be fixed and have the diamond put back in after it fell out. He was able to show me where the ring was damaged and made sure we fixed all other parts so that no more diamonds fell out. It was pretty affordable to fix the ring and it was ready to collect sooner within a few days. The ring was super shiny and sparkley, as he also polished it. As this ring was an heirloom and very special to me after her passing, I felt so much better taking it to him rather than getting it sent off by a jewellery store. He was also honest with me when I took a necklace there as he showed me how much it had worn down, expressing that even after replacing the clasp, it would soon break again. So good to know I didnt spend the money, just to have it break.

5 /5 Charles Formica: I was recommended to go Diamond Valley Jewellers to have a few rings and necklaces repaired. The store was laid out beautifully with lots of displays. The jeweller, Michael, was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased withe items he repaired, so I returned with some jeweller that I no longer used to have them melted down and made into a bracelet. The result was outstanding. 5 /5 Elaine Major: Michael did 2 jobs for me, repairing an old ring and replacing the stone and making a new ring. Both jobs were done for a good price, on time and the workmanship was great. Michael is a pleasure to deal with and I will absolutely go to DV Jewellers again.
