3 /5 Shakila Ahmed: Friendly staff and beautiful jewellery, but the quality of the products could be better

1 /5 Mikayla Brown: I brought earrings from here. I went home and went to put them on but never got to as they literally broke as I was just taking it out of the package. I then took them back the day after to get a refund and the worker literally questioned me as to why and was hesitant to give me my refund for my faulty jewellery. Do not buy from here!

1 /5 AR mowing: I attended Lovisa Greensborough with my 4 year old daughter two days ago to purchase a birthday present for her cousin. My daughter knows when we go shopping we look with our eyes and not with our hands. My daughter was pointing out to me how pretty the jewellery was and was helping me to choose a gift when one of the young female staff members came over and proceeded to yell at my daughter and tell her off for touching and messing up the jewellery, my daughter burst into tears as she was doing no such thing I proceeded to correct the staff member and tell her my daughter had infact not touched any of the jewellery at all and understands we look with our eyes and not with her hands and pointed out how upset she had made my daughter. The attitude on this staff member was disgusting she yelled at me she knows what she saw and doesnt care how upset my little girl was and that shes NOT TO TOUCH! As you can imagine I walked straight out and purchased nothing this was disgusting and degrading. Lovisa Greensborough do better please screen your staff properly they have no people skills at all and their aggression towards children is just not warranted.

5 /5 Alana Scott: I visited on the morning of 10/06/23 to find some rings to replace my wedding band set while I travel to Europe. The staff member who helped me was so persistent in finding something exactly right, and when the rings were all too big for my finger she showed me how to use their clear ring adjusters. Amazing service and I was so happy with the result!

1 /5 Megan Arrowsmith: I went into Lovisa on Saturday the 28th of September and when I walked in the store the two girls working were on their phones and dancing to Tiktoks and singing Loudly as 4 other customers walked in, maybe even more but that’s what I had seen. No acknowledgment at all to anybody. They are sales assistants are they not? It was just disappointing as I came to spend quite a bit of money.
