I purchased an Engagement ring from Diamonds Factory AU, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since purchasing the ring, I have encountered significant issues, including ordering the wrong size ring when I told them what size I was, the ring leaving dark marks on my finger, something I have never experienced with any other ring I own that is supposed to be 14K Yellow Gold.
Despite my repeated attempts to address this concern, the customer service I received has been frustrating and dismissive. When I expressed my disappointment, I was advised to simply wash my hands more frequently, which I found to be condescending and entirely inappropriate for a product that should meet quality standards.
The only option they gave me was to pay another $500 to upgrade from the 14k to 18k, which I did.
I have been left feeling taken advantage of. I reached out for help, but the response from the company has been slow and unhelpful.
They even stated that there was no manufacturing fault after their jeweler assessed the ring, which leaves me questioning the quality control standards in place.
As a bride-to-be, this experience has caused me immense stress during what should be a joyful time. I have contacted management to escalate my concerns but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.
