Steph He This is the BEST dental clinic. You could not find another dentist who is as thorough and patient as Dr Im Jai. After I moved to the northern suburbs, I went to half a dozen different dentists trying to find one that was suitable. None of them practiced the methodological checks on teeth and gums as Dr Im Jai did. He does not rush and takes the time and care to explain anything that you need to know. Even though its far away, Im back at Burnley Family Dentists for good.

Jack McAlpine Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Richmond elevate dental! I had seen several different dentists and specialists over the past decade and elevate dental have been by far the best. I had a complex bite that I wasn’t sure whether Invisalign would be able to correct, but the results have been very pleasing! I also suffered from intense TMJ and tension headaches that I knew were bite related and hoped that if my bite was improved I would also see improvements with those issues. The headaches have improved dramatically! Super friendly, flexible and attentive staff and dr James made you feel like you were in good hands. Very grateful ☺️

Thanaporn Udompiyasak I booked for the doctor Tenazas but I got the lady to do my teeth. I thought she was a dentist assistant so I didn’t say anything at the start but it turned out that she was my dentist. (I looked through my email later on that day and then realized you changed my appointment to be with Oral Health Therapist. If I knew it , I’d cancel my appointment) anyway, I had the bad experience with her as she did rough on my teeth and I felt like she tried to get her job done quickly. She wasn’t gentle at all and my teeth got much blood. I didn’t complain anything at that day but I’m sure I’d not recommend this to anyone even it’s cheap. I’m still scared to go to dentist again. Please, don’t contact me about this because I’m not going back there again. I just want to leave the feedback here

Imogen Barratt A couple of weeks ago I came to Richmond Dental Surgery with a chipped front tooth. I’d chipped off nearly 1/3 of the tooth and had my phone stolen on a terrible night out in a foreign city, and I had to get on a flight back to Brisbane the next day. They squeezed me in (and stayed late I think!) even though they were fully booked. They were so kind, professional, and understanding of my situation. They ran me through my options and we decided to put a cap on the damaged tooth. One of them even held my hand while I had the local anaesthetic delivered after I told them I was afraid of needles. Before leaving this review based purely on their exceptional customer service, I decided to wait and see if the quality of the capped tooth was sound; I saw my regular dentist today (who I’ve been seeing literally my entire life) and he said it was beautiful work! That weekend in a different city was so horrible, that day felt like I was at rock bottom. Navigating to the airport and getting a flight home without a phone the next day was a nightmare, but at least I had a tooth. I cried on the way back to the airbnb that night for the amazing work they’d done and for how they’d taken such good care of me. ❤️

Tim Roos I have been going here for a couple of years and absolutely love it. I am always greeted by name and the dentist and her team are very nice; every time I had to get something more significant than a clean done they showed me the problem and explained what was going on, which I found very helpful. They also don’t lecture you about your wrong/lacking mouth cleaning habits (unlike some other dentist), but make friendly suggestions on what is good practice and what they’d recommend. Overall a great dentist, I do not dread visiting them at all and would definitely recommend to a friend!

Thao Dinh I came here for a dental filling and couldnt be happier. Dr Selina and assistant Rachel looked after me and both provided exceptional help and care. They really went through great length to get the job done as my case was a bit tricky. The treatment lasted a little longer than usual but I am very satisfied with the result. On another note, all of the staffs here are friendly, professional and reassuring. Loves it, will definitely come back here again.

Laura White Do not go here!! Had 4 fillings done by Dr Julian Francis who felt rude and undermining during my entire consultation. I received care for 4 fillings which were not a good colour match, only took 40 minutes and didnt feel right. I later got care at a different dentist and ended up needing the work replaced. I wasted over $800 on treatment. Would NOT recommend.

Philip Healy I had a routine appointment back in September where I had my teeth cleaned, and discussed getting my wisdom teeth out. Was told they will check with the surgeon if I need xrays. 6 months later, I have still not heard about whether I require xrays or not. Granted, I did not chase them up, but I had clearly fallen through the cracks. I scheduled a new appointment to get this sorted. On this occasion I saw Dr Rao, who I must say was very informative and very pleasant to deal with. He arranged me to see Dr Sean Hogan for my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Hogan spent 99% of the consultation talking about everything other than the after care. I was handed a sheet which I read at home, most of which was not communicated verbally. Also had to wait for quite a while to be seen, sitting in the waiting room listening to him discuss everything other than dentistry, and the same was repeated with me, door wide open, with the patient after me in the waiting room. After a weekend of hell dealing with complications of the extraction (severe pain, not sleeping, needing antibiotics), I contacted the dental practice to be seen and was told that I should try and clean it properly and they couldnt see me that day. I have probably spent about 2000 dollars over the course of this whole process, and would expect better follow up for that kind of money. If you are going to charge this money you better be there for the patient when they run into difficulties. I felt totally fobbed off and brought my business to a different dental practice who recognised and acknowledged my obvious distress and saw me in a timely fashion. Overall disappointing

Marty McCarthy I have been coming to bridge road dental for five years. The service and quality is excellent, and it’s easy to get appointments pretty quick. Dr Shanthini Rao is an excellent dentist and I always feel in great hands, whether it’s for cleans, fillings or fixing chipped teeth.

Anastasia V Booked a last minute appointment to investigate a toothache. Was seen by Dr Nihal Rao; he was able to identify the problem, and immediately organized for a tooth extraction all in the same evening. Dr Rao took some X-rays on the spot, explained the procedure thoroughly, and went through all the different options for my care post-procedure. I was very impressed with Dr Raos bedside manner. Highly recommend this dental practice and Dr Rao if youre looking for excellent service with affordable prices.
