The service, knowledge and ability to understand what we wanted was impressive. We have since had 3 children, and Joseph came up with an amazing design for an interlocking pendant. Ellie I had such a great experience at APM Monaco in Sydney Chatswood! I couldn’t find my receipt, but the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly located it for me. I remembered being told that the pearls on my ring were glued and could fall off, and that APM would fix it—true to their word, they did just that. The whole process was smooth and quicker than I expected. The team kept me updated with a call and a text to make sure I didn’t forget to pick up my ring.
