5 /5 Paul T: I dont post reviews often if ever but Michael Hill Eastland deserve it. We were welcomed by a attractive girl Masa who was so friendly and welcoming. We purchased a gift for our sons birthday and Masa went above and beyond to help us pick the right watch with a good price too. Cant recommend her or this place more. Thank you for making my day.

5 /5 jesse douglas: I was served by Maysa on 07/08/25 she helped me out with my girlfriends 21’st birthday gift and it was absolutely perfect she loved it! I couldn’t be more happy with the service and how I was treated even though I came in with dirty high vis clothes I was still treated like a high end civilian. 10/10 service Maysa will definitely be back again for my girls 22nd, 23rd and even 99th!

1 /5 Benjamin Lee: Really dissapointing experience with the team at Michael Hill Eastland. I had purchased a ring which wasnt the right size so I popped into the Eastland store to swap to a smaller size. They explained there was only 2 left in Australia and they were both out of state. If I wanted to secure them, I should finalize it quickly. So later that day I finalised the swap and was told it would only take a couple of days to come in. Over two weeks later I still hadnt heard anything so I went in to get an update as my wedding date was getting closer. I was informed that the request with the other store was rejected. Did they ever communicate this with me? No. They hadnt done anything at all until the day that I came in to follow up. They said they would send another request to the last remaining store that had the ring. It really sounded like they had forgotten about it and not bothered to follow up with me or the other store to see if it was still available. I did speak with the other store and they also confirmed that there was no reason why it should have taken so long. A couple of days later the ring eventually comes in so we go to pick it up. Scratches on the ring. 3 scratches that to our eyes were fairly obvious. But the manager that worked there kept saying that they are not visible and he can only see them with a magnifying glass. Even though we clearly pointed them out. The scratches couldnt be buffed out so we ended up getting a refund which has now left us with less than 2 weeks to hunt down and find a new wedding ring.
