Cam Yowdontknowwhoiam Purchased a pair of gold hoop earrings. Taking them out of the box they both bent. They are rubbish quality, and unwearable. They have never been worn. Visited the store with proof of purchase, 3 days after original sale. Sales woman agreed the quality was very poor. Store called back the following day and offered discount on another purchase. They didnt disclose what that discount would be.
Wont buy anything there again.

Katie Markey Very dodgy business. Be very careful ordering anything here, particularly rings. I was measured in store and when the ring came in it was 1.5 sizes too big. It was literally falling off my finger. Initially, I didn’t worry, I simply asked to exchange it for the correct size, I wasn’t interested in getting my money back. It was unused and unworn and the receipt stated I could exchange within 30 days. However, apparently anything ordered cannot be returned OR exchanged. The sales assistant failed to mention this at the point of sale.
Staff in the store gaslit me into thinking I ordered the wrong size and refused to own up to their mistake. The staff member I spoke to even had the audacity to ask if I had lost weight! (I’d only ordered the ring 2 weeks prior).
A care plan was conveniently pitched as the “remedy” to the issue. I had to pay an additional $100 to have Prouds mistake corrected and have the ring resized. I will also note when the care plan was initially pitched to me, the assistant said I could “have the ring resized multiple times a year if I wanted”. However, she was interrupted by another staff member who correctly said it was a maximum of once per year.
Do yourself a favour and shop at Micheal hill, they have always sized me correctly and their refund/exchange policies are far more consumer friendly.
