1 /5 Jenny Thomas: Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was waiting for 20 mins while the girl was chatting to a friend . I said are you serving? She said yes . I said Ive been waiting here for 20 minutes she said well you could of asked . The other girl was sitting on the floor eating her lunch . Looked at me and continued to sit down to eat .I had bought a bracelet there the week before and had 2 ignorant girls then . So I left while she was yelling out to me "next time ask". So they missed out on a sale . I was going to get hold of her boss but it looks like he doesnt care by previous comments . Never again. No stars

5 /5 Celeste: Full of beautiful and unique pieces. The combination of high quality jewellery and customer service always leads me back to this place! The two girls who served us were so patient, helpful, very sweet and lots of fun. Despite how busy the shopping centre is, they handle the high volumes of shop visitors well and aren’t pushy at all. They help to make the experience enjoyable, as it should be. Thank you to the lovely Margie (and the other lovely staff member too for her help)! Always a pleasure coming here

5 /5 Liz: A stunning selection of top quality jewellery! Id like to give a shout out to Blake at Eastland who has helped me on 2 occasions pick the perfect gift for my son of the same demographic. Today she was very busy with customers but ensured those of us waiting were acknowledged and she wouldnt be long. She still somehow managed to give me the time I needed and helped me make another great choice! Thanks Blake!

1 /5 Jenny Duncan: Owner of the store, stood there trying to impress one of his female staff. Rather than serve several waiting potential customers. Sad really, looks like lovely jewellery. But if he is setting the example of customer service. Then they are very lacking.
