Vinh Nguyen Have been buying from Prounds Parkmore many times in the past but today is going to be my last. My wife and I were looking into buying a silver necklace for myself and coincidentally walked past and saw a very nice silver necklace for $249 displayed at the shop front window which is clearly marked on Sale with the price clearly stated. We went inside and consulted with one of the staff member and was told it was on sale and we went ahead and tried different lengths to suit. Upon check out we were told the item is not on sale and there were some words exchanged between the staff member and the manager there. Very disappointed with the solution to take 20 percent off full price if I was to purchase and the lack of management there is appalling from the manager.
