They assisted me in choosing the perfect pendant and even stayed back to have it engraved. Super friendly and provided genuinely great service – thank you both!

5 /5 Genevieve Stutz: Visited Pandora Keysborough today assisted by Jo. I had a broken bracelet that was a few years old and without hesitation it was replaced. This is genuine great customer service. A company that values their customers. Thank you Jo….you made my day.

1 /5 Nateeka Evans: I have been to Pandora Parkmore Store on a few occasions due to the location is convenient. Unfortunately my experiences have consistently been disappointing. There is one long standing staff member possibly the Manager who has repeatedly been unfriendly, dismissive, and unwilling to assist me even when the store is not busy. I believe its due to racism I am Aussie/Filo born in Australia please consider avoiding this Pandora Store if you dont look Australian or Caucasian. The lack of basic courtesy and professional service has made me feel uncomfortable. Because of this I now choose to travel to other Pandora stores where staff are consistently respectful, approachable, and helpful. It’s unfortunate as this location is close to home but customer service is important to me and should be to everyone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously as every customer deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect. If you have had a similar experience contact Pandora Customer Support Centre and provide feedback regarding this particular store.

1 /5 Debbie Esther Wibowo: on 15 February 2023 I wanted to exchange the bracelet to a smaller size, which I bought on 13 February 2023, but they told me to come back with my child so I wouldnt go back and forth because what I bought was a promotional item. Maybe she said that because Im Asian & dont wear nice clothes. but when i said i wont be back to exchange & i want extra item, she try to be nice. after I bought several other items and spent more than $200, her face changed politely. even though Im a member of Pandora for a long time. why be racist & look at appearances?

1 /5 Pheris Ndungu: I’ve visited Pandora Keysborough twice now on completely separate occasions, months apart, and both times I walked in intending to buy something, only to be completely ignored by staff. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I stood there waiting, hoping someone would offer to help, and eventually just walked out both times. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was the most recent visit. One of the staff actually looked at me as I was leaving, meaning she clearly saw me but still chose not to acknowledge me at all. It honestly felt like I wasn’t welcome there and yes, it gives racism. Really disappointing experience, especially in a store that’s supposed to be about connection and sentiment. Do better.
