1 /5 Pheris Ndungu: I’ve visited Pandora Keysborough twice now on completely separate occasions, months apart, and both times I walked in intending to buy something, only to be completely ignored by staff. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I stood there waiting, hoping someone would offer to help, and eventually just walked out both times.
What really left a bad taste in my mouth was the most recent visit. One of the staff actually looked at me as I was leaving, meaning she clearly saw me but still chose not to acknowledge me at all. It honestly felt like I wasn’t welcome there and yes, it gives racism.
Really disappointing experience, especially in a store that’s supposed to be about connection and sentiment. Do better.
