Bowie definitely knew her products and it was wonderful to be able to chat about watches in such a laid back environment. I had told her that I was after a present and she was able to quickly deliver on it after only a short wait. Carlos If you’re looking for quality jewelry as well as top-notch service, this is the place to come to. After our visit to Helzberg and Kay being nothing but pushy sales people. We decided to try a friend recommended Robbins Brothers needless to say it was the best move. Robert treated us like family not as customers, went above and beyond to make sure that I had a perfect ring to have my now fiancée’s finger shining bright. And obviously the engagement ring wasn’t enough so after we got engaged, we had to make a second stop to make sure we got our bands as well.

Elena Roland fixed my watch where the model was superseded and I couldn’t get a replacement band from the supplier - his ingenuity resolved the design issue! Amazing! Highly recommend, well-trained jeweller with excellent skills!
