1 /5 Vinh Nguyen: Have been buying from Prounds Parkmore many times in the past but today is going to be my last. My wife and I were looking into buying a silver necklace for myself and coincidentally walked past and saw a very nice silver necklace for $249 displayed at the shop front window which is clearly marked on Sale with the price clearly stated. We went inside and consulted with one of the staff member and was told it was on sale and we went ahead and tried different lengths to suit. Upon check out we were told the item is not on sale and there were some words exchanged between the staff member and the manager there. Very disappointed with the solution to take 20 percent off full price if I was to purchase and the lack of management there is appalling from the manager.

1 /5 Cathy P: Worst store l have ever been to staff so rude the way they spoke to me. For a basic down grade jewellery store you would think before you speak to a paying customer that way. Considering times a touch every sale counts. If l could give zero stars thats what everyone else would as well.

1 /5 April Au: The lady staff with black hair and wearing glasses, completely disregrad i was standing there waiting for service, she carry on chatting to customers but not even say Hi to me.There is another staff at the back, she could of got to come out to serve me. At leastake eye contact with me! and say you wont be long!!! disgusting customer service!!!

1 /5 Julz B: Don’t like leaving bad reviews but I had an awful experience at Prouds Parkmore. Purchased 3 silvers chains which all went black in colour. One was extremely black in a certain area of the chain which was cleaned twice to have a repeat performance. Took chain back and received horrible service by the young lady. Chain was supposedly sent back.. but a month later no call. Went to store and was given chain back with no result. Stay away from their silver products - very poor quality opposed to other stores I’ve bought from. Lastly no need for condescending arrogant staff. Very unprofessional.
