5 /5 Kris Lever: WOW...what great service. The ladies are always friendly and happy to help. Even when youre indecisive, they can help with the decision on the piece or pieces you are interested in. They ask the right questions to help you choose the correct item/s. The range of jewelry is also great. Cant recommend the service, staff and choice enough.

1 /5 Margaret Ryan: My daughter gifted me a pandora from here that broke..... hardly ever been worn. When I went in to tell them they had no record of it ever been sold to her so would not do anything for me... very disappointed

1 /5 K Stephanie (Sk): I walked into the store looking to purchase some earrings. There were 4 women working and not one even looked up at me to serve me. I was interested in one particular pair and stood there waiting to be served. I looked up at them and said excuse me. Still no help. I ended up walking out. Such disgusting customer service.

1 /5 J T: The lady who served my brother today when he went in to get me a gift. You were so rude and downgrading him. Offering him only the sale items when he was looking around is unacceptable behaviour.
