1 /5 Rohit Gherra: Bought a watch from Prouds in Cranbourne. Was happy with the initial purchase and wore it for a few hours, the fob strap broke and went back to get an exchange as it was faulty, the sales woman did not allow me to get an exchange or any remedy for the faulty product and blamed the brand. Worst customer service I have ever experienced as they are so rude and eager to get customers away from their store. Won’t be coming here ever again!

1 /5 Craig Smith: Recently Christmas time I bought a crucifix as I don’t buy jewelry very often I bought it for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. I paid $149 for it had no point. The girl said to me that the chain was anything different. I was in the belief that it was 9 carat gold that I was buying Now 30 days later the chain has discoloured and it’s not what I paid for. I believe I paid for 9 carat gold obviously I didn’t when you go to the website and look at the crucifix on their website. You will say that in very fine print and very faded print. It says the chain is display only Pretty poor effort because no one ever told me that’s what I was getting if I was told that I would’ve bought a deer chain to make the deal right for my girlfriend for Christmas as it’s her first Christmas in Australia my eyes aren’t that good so I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up on the website anyway and people I knowwho have bad eyesight didn’t see it either. I asked for a full refund and got told no I will be posting on social media how bad your attitude is so bye everywhere. Don’t buy from Prouds because they’ll pull the wall over your eyes.

1 /5 Snjež Queen Love: Terrible customer service from the moment of stepping into the store. Was ignored by staff and I and my teenage son were the only customers in store. One worker asked what I was after, after telling her specifically that I was after a specific chain she pointed to a wall then went off to fumble around with a display cabinet. The other visible worker kept her eyes down and vacuuming knowing full well we were waiting to see the chains along the wall to purchase. After standing there and continually looking at both workers for a good 10minutes , the fumbling cabinet worker asks if we were ready. What in the hell??!! I politely asked to see the specific chains up close only to notice the worker looking impatient. I quickly picked a chain and paid for it. Walked out the store and noticed 2 other customers had walked in and were being treated well by both workers. Wont be coming back to the store after their rudeness. Prouds, get some decent workers in your store.

1 /5 Alice Journey: Recently I visited the store at Cranbourne Park Shopping Center during the discount period and purchased 2 pendants with chains to be given as gifts to two friends. After paying, the sales lady gave me both boxes in one small paper bag. Her name is Maria. She literally told me that I have paid a very low price and yet asking for 2 bags! Her attitude shocked me. I told her that I got the two items as two gifts, hence can I please have two bags. She shrugged. Made a face and with the greatest reluctance, gave me another bag and repeated “you paid a very small price “. Come on Prouds! We paid a low price BECAUSE YOU WERE HAVING A SALE! And then your very unprofessional salesperson blames us for asking for two bags when we have paid for two gifts! Train your staff to talk to customers properly or fire them. You lost one customer forever and I have also told my friends about your Maria. She’s a bitter person but that’s her personal problem. While at work, she should work. Teach her the meaning of customer service!
