1 /5 Sophie Bigaignon: I went into the store on Mothers Day this year and I was completely ignored by the sales person as she was busy talking to her friend. I walked in with my partner, intending to buy something in particular but felt so unwelcome I didnt feel comfortable even asking for my size so we ended up leaving - not a hello or a goodbye, nothing at all. I made them aware of this on their Instagram page thinking they would simply apologise but their response was to block me even though I had not written anything offensive at all. Shocking commercial move and poor customer service especially in the Covid-19 era when I was simply trying to shop local! I will never shop there again.
