Brianna Miles The lady Abby was absolutely amazing and helped my partner pick out a beautiful ring after having issues at Prouds, we purchased a ring at prouds and after 5 days it started going green, when we tried to come in and show her and the lady Sue refused to exchange or refund it, and made it extremely hard, we went to Goldmark and spoke to Abby who actually called Sue and explained the ring shouldn’t be going green after few days, and to offer us a gift voucher or an exchange. We went back to prouds to collect the voucher and asked if she could place a ring on hold that we were debating. She said she couldn’t cause there’s to much paperwork so if we wanted it we needed to exchange. Or she’ll give us the gift voucher but won’t put the ring on hold as she said it’s “too much paper work” we went back to Goldmark where Abby very much accommodated us with the most beautiful customer service. Highly recommend asking for Abby when you shop there!

Daniel Moon From the moment we stepped into the Kennedy Chadstone store, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere from the entire team. We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter. One of the ladies engaged her in conversation, which made it much easier for me to focus and make my decision without feeling rushed. Having visited many boutique AD stores across Asia, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. DJ Wilson Great experience with outstanding customer service from Cheryl. Bought a beautiful lab diamond ring for my wife, who thought it was beautiful but preferred a different style. Utilising their change of mind policy it was very easy to change this to another ring which we preferred. The service by Cheryl was outstanding throughout the whole process and we ended up getting other gifts for our daughter. Would definitely recommend.
