Brianna Miles The lady Abby was absolutely amazing and helped my partner pick out a beautiful ring after having issues at Prouds, we purchased a ring at prouds and after 5 days it started going green, when we tried to come in and show her and the lady Sue refused to exchange or refund it, and made it extremely hard, we went to Goldmark and spoke to Abby who actually called Sue and explained the ring shouldn’t be going green after few days, and to offer us a gift voucher or an exchange. We went back to prouds to collect the voucher and asked if she could place a ring on hold that we were debating. She said she couldn’t cause there’s to much paperwork so if we wanted it we needed to exchange. Or she’ll give us the gift voucher but won’t put the ring on hold as she said it’s “too much paper work” we went back to Goldmark where Abby very much accommodated us with the most beautiful customer service. Highly recommend asking for Abby when you shop there!
