Oscar was so kind & honest—he made me see I didn’t need a new chain. I was so grateful, especially as the piece & its chain had been my mother’s favourite piece of jewellery, & I wanted to wear it to a memorial service for a close family member. Sus A Very disappointing service. Inherited ring, stone had fallen out, 5 months later and several phone calls to ask what is happening with ring. I forgot to pick up when ready after another 2 months I finally picked up my ring. Its no wonder I didnt receive a phone to remind me the ring was ready, absolutely devastating. $295 later, I now need to find a reputable jeweller to fix. If you cant do the job, SAY NO THANKS. YOU HAVE TRULY DESTROYED A valuable piece close to heart. Totally different ring, when I picked up the ring i mentioned the stone was not sitting flat as previously, the lady agreed with me. I will come into the store to discuss, this platform is for other consumers to be aware that sometimes a long time business is not what it seems. You may do other fabulous work but I am unable to wear this.

M K Stunned by the lack of quality and poor customer service. Had a tennis bracelet made, latch didn’t work had it repaired, broke again and they demanded a fee to repair for their poor quality workmanship. You thought we would have learned but then had an emerald beaded necklace made, the third time went to wear broke with beads flying everywhere, went in to have it repaired and again they ‘demanded’ a fee to repair. They were absolutely fine on both occasions for the items to be collected, unfixed so we can have it repaired by a reliable jeweller to ensure the pieces were properly fixed . Nothing less than shocked by the lack of quality for both pieces and care factor by the staff to resolve .

Sophie Bigaignon I went into the store on Mothers Day this year and I was completely ignored by the sales person as she was busy talking to her friend. I walked in with my partner, intending to buy something in particular but felt so unwelcome I didnt feel comfortable even asking for my size so we ended up leaving - not a hello or a goodbye, nothing at all. I made them aware of this on their Instagram page thinking they would simply apologise but their response was to block me even though I had not written anything offensive at all. Shocking commercial move and poor customer service especially in the Covid-19 era when I was simply trying to shop local! I will never shop there again.
