Abhaynagar Sonadanga Charged 150$ out of pocket on top of 348$ from medicare. Gave wrong invoice Showing only 348 being bulk billed. Called them. They said “try best to support” I and refused to recognise a mistake. when I insisted on the acknowledgment of mistake, hang on me saying there is a patient to attend. Felt unheard, unattended. Experienced unprofessional, rude behaviour.
