Delanie Schulte I received a tooth filling and a mouth guard from a dentist at this location 6 months ago. During the filling procedure, the anesthesia wasnt working, so the dentist gave me three separate injections in the same location at the back corner of my jaw quite aggressively. When the anesthesia wore out later in the day, I experienced excruciating pain and am now still feeling discomfort in that location of my jaw 6 months later. I also think there was an error in creating my mouth guard, as it feels like its pushing my teeth in and causes pain. The pain is so bad that I had to stop wearing the guard.
