Niky Rawlinson Best lash lift Ive ever had! Colleen is lovely and warm and very welcoming. Id definately recommend. Salon is clean and bright and is always a treat to visit.

B LaBelle First time at Miss Vanity Nails today and looove my nails! I get gel polish and overlay on my natural nails and Stacey was great at explaining each step and what each product does. She was also very focused and meticulous with her work which I loved, even with a simple request she made sure the job was well done. Definitely coming back on the regular!

Jessica DImperio Honestly, I cant recommend my lash tech Kat enough! She’s so talented and professional, but also such a kind, warm person. Every appointment feels like a mini escape, and the results are always amazing. She really makes the whole experience a total treat. If you’re looking for gorgeous lashes and a wonderful professional to do them, she’s your go-to! I’ve had both extensions and lash lifts, totally recommend! You’re in safe hands.

dunia marouche Lashes lifted, im giving 4 stars for these reasons. 1. Very dark and outdated salon, doesnt feel welcoming. 2. Lash tech didnt talk me through anything during the process, stepth was in between clients myself and another lady, which is totally fine, but didnt tell me she was coming back to me (my eyes closed cant see) just a random return and kind of flinched (communication with ur clients are so important) Overall lashes look good i cant complain there. I would return yes but hopefully my feedback is taken seriously because first impressions are everything. Thanks ❤️

amber gonzalez Over processed my brow lamination and lash lift, leaving me with chemical burns and lashes that dig into my skin and eyes. I mentioned during the service that I was in pain after the solution was wiped off and was dismissed leading them to continue to brow sculpt and tint, which caused incredible pain and a layer of skin being ripped off from wax that was too hot. Had to leave before finishing with the brow dye due to the excruciating pain, left to go home and ice my brows. The owner was “nice” enough to come in on her day off to “fix” them yet not a single apology was given and they tried to gaslight me into thinking the issue was me, not their incompetence. Owner also tried to argue that my brows did in-fact have tint, even though my Spanish brows are naturally dark already, and I get them dyed black. Both owner and Melinda who did the service wanted to argue the events that occurred, even though the owner was not present during the service. Another staff member did process the dye refund and she was the one who knew she did not apply it. No refund for lashes that are not properly fixed and still causing irritation. No apology for the chemical burns or the fact they were happy to let me leave with these lashes. Not a shred of empathy or care for customer well being at any stage of the service or the “fix”.
