1 /5 amber gonzalez: Over processed my brow lamination and lash lift, leaving me with chemical burns and lashes that dig into my skin and eyes. I mentioned during the service that I was in pain after the solution was wiped off and was dismissed leading them to continue to brow sculpt and tint, which caused incredible pain and a layer of skin being ripped off from wax that was too hot. Had to leave before finishing with the brow dye due to the excruciating pain, left to go home and ice my brows. The owner was “nice” enough to come in on her day off to “fix” them yet not a single apology was given and they tried to gaslight me into thinking the issue was me, not their incompetence. Owner also tried to argue that my brows did in-fact have tint, even though my Spanish brows are naturally dark already, and I get them dyed black. Both owner and Melinda who did the service wanted to argue the events that occurred, even though the owner was not present during the service. Another staff member did process the dye refund and she was the one who knew she did not apply it. No refund for lashes that are not properly fixed and still causing irritation. No apology for the chemical burns or the fact they were happy to let me leave with these lashes. Not a shred of empathy or care for customer well being at any stage of the service or the “fix”.
