Nat Bui I’m very pleased with my lashes! I got a douyin set and the owner was very accommodating and has plenty of experience. She mentioned that she runs two locations. I attended the Keilor East location. She also takes later appointments which is really helpful for people who are only available in the evening.

Jess Laguda Joyce and the team are all so lovely and did an incredible job with my colour/cut/blow dry. Honestly, one of the best colour and cuts I’ve had. Joyce was so considerate in helping work out what would best suit my hair type as it had been 2 years since my last visit to a hairdresser. I had the pleasure of being treated and taken care by Hao and owner Nhung both are amazing ladies with their big heart showing their devotion, pride and love to their work and to customers. They go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy with the outcome. They are careful and caring making sure they dont graze and rip your fingers off or glue stuck under your nails like other salons do. Making sure youre happy with length and shape. Waxing and threading they done exactly to my specifications and painless. Not roughly. I also had the pleasure of getting a facial and I just have no words for it. All I can say is WOW, I felt a different person coming out of this place. If I could give more stars, I would. They are simply amazing in friendliness, warmth, caring, hygiene and attention to detail in their work. 100% Thank you so, so much.

Lisa DAgostino Josei is a skincare and hair removal expert. She always goes above and beyond to give the best service. I broke out with severe cystic acne after never having acne in my life and nothing was working to get rid of it, I went to see Josei and the products she gave me cleared it all up completely within a few weeks! I cant recommend her highly enough and the items she stocks are always gamechangers! I wouldnt trust anybody else with my skin. 10/10!

RAVINDER KAUR Khanijoun It was just a coincidence that I went for my ultrasound at Millearra shopping mall that I saw Cooltech body contouring at complete skincare clinic, as I already had5 sittings of fat freezing done from Highpoint and I got result, so I thought why not give a try here, as it is close to my house too. I would say that was my best decision, if I compare Josie with another clinic at Highpoint there is no match, in one sitting I got amazing result which I didn’t get over there after taking 5 sittings. She is so polite, sincere, caring and honest with her job, she knows what she is doing, I would highly recommend her. I know my review is long, but Josie deserves appreciation for her hard work.

Maddy Gacha I have been going to get my hair cut, styled and dyed at Centerway Hair and Nail Beauty Salon for a few years now and I would say that Philip and Tanya do a very good job. I have gotten blonde put in my hair 3 time now and every time I have done it Philip has done an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this hair salon. Phillip does an amazing job.

Smaranika Pattanaik The barber who cuts hair is very very rude. Does not speak good English so very hard to understand what he says. I wanted a last mint hair cut before I travel so I went there after booking a time. I went for a haircut, he asked the question about the hair cut style and length and I replied what I want. He did not do the job properly and when I showed an image what I want and what I said, he started to shout at me and saying zip your mouth and started to bang his equipments really loud. He really harassed me when I asked whether he takes payment by card. When I confronted, his this behaviour he was even rude saying, this is my house and I do what I want. Very very poor behaviour, very bad attitude, no respect to any customer and I would not recommend anyone to go there. I never experienced such a nasty behaviour from any hair stylist ever before.

Salvador Sena For mothers day, I went into this salon to purchase a credit voucher, for my mum. Phillip refused my card, telling me he only accepts cash. I told him Id be back to pay cash, before my next visit to mums. On mothers day, I told my mum that there was a gift voucher, coming her way soon. The other day, I caught up with mum, and went into the salon, to buy mum her gift, and went back to Centeway Hair and Nail beauty salon, and paid cash for the gift voucher, like I said I would. While I was there, I had a trim and style done. Before, leaving I booked a time, with Phillip, to bring in my own colour tubes (I had them at home) and have him re colour my roots. Ive done this many times, over the years, with various salons. A couple of days ago, I went back in, on time and he sat me down, at a work station, put on the gown, while his work mate started to mix the colours I had brought in. Thats when it all went wrong... he asked if had brought in poroxide, and I said no, I didnt have any, and Ive never brought poroxide into any salons, in the past. Phillip then told me, very abruptly, that there would be an extra charge, for him to supply 20mls of poroxide. 20mls! They way he spoke was rude, belittling and dis respectful! I told his co worker to stop. I got up from the chair, removed the cloke and got my bag. Phillip then asked if I no longer wanted the colour done. I replied no, he became even more rude, and quickly told his co worker to put the colour in a cup, and send me on my way. I went out of my way, and returned to his salon, to buy my mums gift, like I told him I would, a couple weeks earlier. I did the right thing, deciding to keep good, on my promise. I even more so did right by him to give him my cash, when he trimmed my hair, and then returned a 3rd time to have my colour done. I was happy to become a new, loyal, customer of his. But no, he treated me with total disrespect and told me he "didnt care" saying "oh well"! whenI told him he was losing a potential long time customer. A few weeks earlier, I told my friends and family that Centeway Hair and Beauty Salon was very good, and recommended that they give thus salon a try. But since my very disappointing experience, I called them, one by one, and told them what had happened. They will no longer go there. If you want great service and a good job, DO NOT go to Cetreway Hair and Beauty Salon. Pick another place, there are plenty of other salons that would be happy to offer service, with a smile. Keep away from Phillip@Cebtreway Hair and Beauty Salon. Cetreway Hair And Beauty Salon will never get my business again, nor that of my friend and family. I recommend you keep away too. Terrible service!

Soula Argyropoulos They need to clean this salon. The clippers are full of hair and the power points have hair remnants all around them. Turned me off sitting and getting my hair cut. The mirrors, benches all have hair clippings. Surely, these salons receive impromptu checks by health departments?

siddu chowdary We had a booking at 4:30pm, I was there at 4:31 and there are still 3 ppl waiting inside before me. Which force is to wait in the cold outside for 20mins still I didn’t get my turn, barber don’t even say anything about the delay or apologies for the long wait. Poor customer service!

The service was robotic, unfriendly and just plain rude. The person who did my manicure took ZERO care in her work and she was just plain disrespectful. I work very very hard for every cent I earn. This is my every once in a while treat. Shame. Shame on this shop for wasting the money of hard working people. In this economy, to have so little regard for customers who keep their shop open, is unacceptable. Ladies, if you’re after a relaxing and enjoyable experience, do not waste any time or money there.

Dionne Mancuso If you want a rushed, painful and average pedicure then this is the place for you. The lady was rushing and working so quickly that it was painful. I asked her to slow down because it was hurting and she continued at the same pace. My nails were given no shape and the pedicure overall is very average. She didn’t talk to me the whole pedicure until the end when she decided to be friendly. Reasonable price ($50) but I won’t be going back.
