5 /5 Rosie Chong: Picked up my dream wedding earrings from the team at Camberwell, Mitch and Nikki were so helpful and patient as I worked through exactly what I wanted. They were able to order in some stock from another store and made it such a smooth and wonderful experience!

1 /5 M K: Stunned by the lack of quality and poor customer service. Had a tennis bracelet made, latch didn’t work had it repaired, broke again and they demanded a fee to repair for their poor quality workmanship. You thought we would have learned but then had an emerald beaded necklace made, the third time went to wear broke with beads flying everywhere, went in to have it repaired and again they ‘demanded’ a fee to repair. They were absolutely fine on both occasions for the items to be collected, unfixed so we can have it repaired by a reliable jeweller to ensure the pieces were properly fixed . Nothing less than shocked by the lack of quality for both pieces and care factor by the staff to resolve .

5 /5 Jordyn Pearse: My fiancé and I were nervous about selecting our wedding bands and both felt very out of our depth but Mitch and the whole Rutherford’s team were absolutely awesome and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience and service. They provided expert advice and guided us through selection of the bands. Overall the whole experience was stress free, and they went above and beyond for us. The final products were of such a high quality and we can’t wait to have these bands forever once we’re married!

5 /5 Chans Studio: My Mum and I were lucky enough to visit Melbourne on Saturday where we were shopping for my upcoming wedding. We came across Rutherford Pearls and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and authenticity. Rosanna was so patient with us while we tried on many different styles and pieces. I found the pearls of my dreams and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you for making such special memories for us.
