When a watch band is already purchased and the customer walks in and asks if they can replace the broken band with the new one, what kind of store refuses to do so if the band or the watch is not purchased from them. I was willing to pay for the service, of course, but I guess these ladies are too busy doing nothing but stand around. I suppose bad customer service is company policy.

I was treated with curtesy and kindness by two very knowledgeable gentlemen. The help I received was above and beyond any expectations and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. She asked for my opinion on the placement, if I wanted a countdown, what the pain scale was and gave me a wonderful, indepth overview of the after care. The piercing was a gun, but was well sanitised and everything was bacteria free. Wonderful treatment.
