The ring I fell in love with was on sale and only came in yellow gold. Bianca contacted HO to see what they could do. My ring was remade into white gold. The service Bianca gave was exceptional. 5 /5 Robert Pressnell: Great place Brought a nice thick 925 silver bracelet last week. Seen I nice thick 925 silver chain I knew I had to have. The kind very helpful polite Lady. Put it away without a deposit until the next day which I picked up next morning 2 young lass’s were on that morning very polite and helpful they were, went in the other day the lady who first served me went above and beyond to help me with some 925 silver rings but couldn’t find my size. Went there today and again customer server was totally great helping me with looking at afew different watches. I found a very nice watch that I had to buy also brought 925 Silver jewellery Cleaner. I must say all the staff are just great polite and go above and beyond to help. Also prices on everything have been really great virtually got my chain & bracelet half price I saw the exact same bracelet and chain at 2 different well known jewellers where the heavy thick bracelet was $749 and $759 and the chain even dearer again at both places but I got them on sale for about 40% off. Over all great service from lovely polite people who work there Thankyou all. My new 1 stop jewellery for now on.
