I really would love to thank Jodie for her patience and care for our situation. When we went into Payton’s we had idea of what we wanted. We had a look at Paton’s and thought we’d shop around Central, just to see what was available in the broader. I said to Jodie ‘we’ll be back’ and we were. It’s great to see an independent with such great quality but most of all service. I explained to Jodie what we were after and she listened. I was really thankful for this old fashion customer service but someone who had been in my shoes and cared. We still are in disbelief, a smile, a greeting and manners. Very happy shopper

My dad had given my daughter a necklace just before he passed away(from another jewellery store which has closed) she never took it off. Lots of tears, and my daughter was devastated when the pendant broke. The beautiful staff went above and beyond to get it fixed. It is now back on, and very treasured

When she asked about looking at some jewellery the useless assistant huffed at her because a ring didn’t fit. She then asked to look at a necklace but she really couldn’t be bothered. So my daughter walked out very upset as she wanted to buy something special for her birthday. Very very disappointing

Robert Pressnell Great place Brought a nice thick 925 silver bracelet last week. Seen I nice thick 925 silver chain I knew I had to have. The kind very helpful polite Lady. Put it away without a deposit until the next day which I picked up next morning 2 young lass’s were on that morning very polite and helpful they were, went in the other day the lady who first served me went above and beyond to help me with some 925 silver rings but couldn’t find my size. Went there today and again customer server was totally great helping me with looking at afew different watches. I found a very nice watch that I had to buy also brought 925 Silver jewellery Cleaner. I must say all the staff are just great polite and go above and beyond to help. Also prices on everything have been really great virtually got my chain & bracelet half price I saw the exact same bracelet and chain at 2 different well known jewellers where the heavy thick bracelet was $749 and $759 and the chain even dearer again at both places but I got them on sale for about 40% off. Over all great service from lovely polite people who work there Thankyou all. My new 1 stop jewellery for now on.
