The sales assistant Adha was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome while I was looking to purchase a bracelet and charms for my family. Instead of offering assistance, her attitude came across as dismissive. Unfortunately, this left me with a very negative impression of the store.”

1 /5 Dean Constantinou: I had a disappointing experience at Pandora around 2:30 PM. I was ready to make a purchase, but one of the sales associates was too busy chatting with her friend to acknowledge me. She clearly saw me waiting but continued her conversation without so much as a "Ill be right with you." It felt like the sale wasn’t important to her at all. I ended up walking out without buying anything. If customer service is a priority, this kind of behavior really needs to be addressed.

1 /5 Gurjeet Jassaddh: Nope, never. I would happily drive the extra kilometres to another store instead of going to this local to me Pandora store. No smile, no greetings. The lady who was catering me just simply did her job. I don’t think anyone would want to buy jewellery with that kind of blunt treatment. I went to Epping store the same day, and the lady that helped me out there was amazing. That is the kind of basic customer service anyone selling a jewellery should have. I eventually bought my stuff from there. I understand they get heaps of different kinds of customers and what not, but that does not mean that you be so unfriendly that your customer feels they shouldn’t be there.
