I would happily drive the extra kilometres to another store instead of going to this local to me Pandora store.
No smile, no greetings. The lady who was catering me just simply did her job. I don’t think anyone would want to buy jewellery with that kind of blunt treatment.
I went to Epping store the same day, and the lady that helped me out there was amazing. That is the kind of basic customer service anyone selling a jewellery should have. I eventually bought my stuff from there.
I understand they get heaps of different kinds of customers and what not, but that does not mean that you be so unfriendly that your customer feels they shouldn’t be there.
