1 /5 Kim Wescombe: I’d do zero if I could. My daughter walked into this disgusting store and the staff rolled their eyes at her. When she asked about looking at some jewellery the useless assistant huffed at her because a ring didn’t fit. She then asked to look at a necklace but she really couldn’t be bothered. So my daughter walked out very upset as she wanted to buy something special for her birthday. Very very disappointing

My 15 year old son was also so impressed with you, he wanted me to buy from you all only as we had explored other stores in the vicinity today. Highly recommend Prouds at Craigieburn store. I found the experience pleasant and relaxing, I went in to look and didnt feel pressured at all to buy. I went back a second time looking to buy and I have to say the customer service was exactly the same for me when browsing and when looking to buy.

1 /5 Angus: Not happy at all with the service my girlfriend and I received on Christmas eve. We didnt catch the ladys name but she was short and rude with us, we asked if we could resize a ring we purchased and they didnt have one we liked so we were told when we bought it that we could resize or return it if it doesnt fit right, on the return they made us very aware that they dont do returns on Christmas eve. multiple comments about when the ring was purchased and rude comments saying they are doing us the favour and we were in the wrong Service very very poor we left feeling spit on Merry Christmas to you to prouds
