Staff were very friendly and helped me to choose my crystals !! Also they explain how to use, cleanse and the meaning cards helps a lot. they made a gift box with different crystals to my friends birthday!! And she loved it .. Highly recommend!

She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through different options and helping me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend for our 2-year anniversary. Maria really went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions and showing genuine care in making sure I found something meaningful. Just a few days earlier, I had visited a different Pandora store but left empty-handed because I didn’t feel supported in finding the right piece. The experience at Chatswood was a complete contrast, thanks to Maria, I walked out feeling confident and happy with my choice.
