Min Wade Have used Menzies several times to repair jewellery & always courteous, friendly & offer a good explanation on the necessary repair work. Also one of the few jewellery stores (not a chain store jewellers) that offer a design or redesign service.

Rayna Blanchey Rita & Tina helped me so much! Not only were they super personable and friendly, but they also helped fix my ring that was severely damaged. They also have phenomenal options which I will definitely be considering when it’s time to upgrade! They also cleaned my ring as apart of the service and it was a day earlier than they told me it was ready!

Laura Wilson My husband got me my first piece from Luke Rose for our anniversary. I needed a different length chain and Luke was so helpful and attentive, It was an added bonus I got to see all the pieces in person too. Hopefully I’ll be back for more! Very happy
