5 /5 Jerry Spoerl: I just purchased an engagement ring for our upcoming engagement and future wedding. I was able to get what we needed, and at the right price. The good thing. I was able to trade in some old jewellery towards the purchased price. Which I found was helpful.

1 /5 Sus A: Very disappointing service. Inherited ring, stone had fallen out, 5 months later and several phone calls to ask what is happening with ring. I forgot to pick up when ready after another 2 months I finally picked up my ring. Its no wonder I didnt receive a phone to remind me the ring was ready, absolutely devastating. $295 later, I now need to find a reputable jeweller to fix. If you cant do the job, SAY NO THANKS. YOU HAVE TRULY DESTROYED A valuable piece close to heart. Totally different ring, when I picked up the ring i mentioned the stone was not sitting flat as previously, the lady agreed with me. I will come into the store to discuss, this platform is for other consumers to be aware that sometimes a long time business is not what it seems. You may do other fabulous work but I am unable to wear this.

5 /5 Birdy: I had a very old watch that needed repairing & I wasnt sure if Browns could help. They couldnt access the spare parts & so it was unrepairable. But I managed to get a nice replacement watch from them, which I am very happy with. Browns had a good selection of reasonably priced watches to choose from. Sometimes you just need a good local jeweller/watchmaker.

1 /5 Natalie Cheng: After keeping my bracelet for over month for a repair quote... the owner calls back and brushes me aside not wanting to take on the job, complaining its too worn and fixing it could be well over $80. Its a simple solder job! I landed up getting it fixed quickly and promptly for $35 at a jeweller in Mont Albert. I just wished I didnt waste my time heading to Browns in the first place. The front desk workers are friendly and lovely though but the owner is really rude and unhelpful.
