Aiisha was incredibly helpful via email, answering all my questions promptly and professionally, and making it so easy to book the right appointment. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mia, who was just lovely. She went above and beyond during my soldering appointment and then took the time to walk me through some beautiful options for my next purchase. Charlotte Lam Just had my engagement ring & wedding bands re-sized at St Germain and the service was fantastic! I initially wanted to only size down 1/2 a size but they gave me some great advice, got me to try on the different sized bands and advised to go a whole size down which is perfect! I dropped my rings on Wednesday morning and I got a text on Saturday afternoon to say re-sizing was done which I thought was really excellent service! Friendly and professional too.

Nothing was a bother and we werent rushed. Purchased gifts for our granddaughters, Rebecca went the extra mile with wrapping. Polite respectful friendly service at its best! Great prices!
