I worked with Georgia at the Chadstone store and had a family gemstone ring remodelled into something more contemporary. 95% of correspondence was done over email making the experience seamless and easy. Prices were competitive and turnaround time was quick. They also managed to make a plain band with the leftover gold. I would highly recommend them and will happily go there again.

Last year, I found the most perfect deco engagement ring in their Chadstone store (and no-one there judged my no-diamonds request!). As a bonus, it was unbelievably cheap...! And now, mid-lockdown, I found myself besotted by a teeny-tiny Art Nouveau piece on their website... they facilitated a covid-safe fitting, then resized it perfectly and delivered it safely to my door. The absolute highlight of my iso! tl;dr Two glorious, unique rings, and such sweet and helpful service!

1 /5 Joanne Grillis: My mother and I have been buying from Burlington for years now. Have sent allot of clients there for the gorgeous jewellery. One of my diamond bangles purchased from there broke from the hinge which is clearly a fault. So I took it back thinking they would call me regards what would happen and if there would be a cost to fix the bangle. I even went into store and they never told me about any charges to repair the bangle. So I thought it was getting repaired due to the fault. I got a call saying my bangle was ready and it was 650 dollars. I was not told or notified by anybody in the 2months they had my bangle that there was a cost. They said let me call the boss and see what we can do, so I get a call back saying, it will be 450 instead or he will pull the bangle apart and give it back to me broken. I was in shock to get treated in this manner when my family have bought numerous peices from this company for many years now. To be not told or called to notify me of the quote before going ahead and fixing it, then to pulling it apart again Ive never ever hurd such customer service ever and to put it onto the stuff to call me and nobody to own up on whos mistake it was is absolutely appalling. Very very upset especially when my husband bought it for me and is no longer here with us, that bangle means everything to me and holds a very special meaning. Very disappointing However my mothers diamond braclet got quoted 2 thousand to repair which they discussed and she agreed on and he has put a hold on her bangle and refusses to fix after he started working on it.Which has nothing to do with my bangle He must be having a bad day but this type of behaviour is unhurd of. How disgusting to be treated like this

4 /5 Bec C.: Beautiful earrings delivered nicely packaged via express post. Purchased Sunday, delivered Wednesday. Just make sure you look at dimensions as the earrings were smaller than I anticipated as there was no model showing them for scale.
