1 /5 Kerry Chant: We went into Hoskings Rosebud this morning and were hovering around near the counter waiting for someone to offer assistance.
There were 3 staff. One customer.
Two staff were talking to each other.
The other one finished with her customer, looked at us, turned around and went out the back.
The phone rang, one of the other two that were talking to each other, walked over towards us, but answered the phone.
The last staff member looked at us and tried to look busy elsewhere.
We walked out.
Thumbs up to Goldsmith just down the corridor, their staff were very friendly and helpful.
I told them what had happened to us in Hoskings and that they were much better.
