Savy Michaels I visited Van Cleef &Arpels at Chadstone shopping centre.What an experience again.!!!I have been buying from VCA in London and Dubai and I had high expectations from the store and they did not disappoint.The staff was amazing.Thank you so much to this beautiful girl from Taiwan ( I am not sure if I can say her name) but you can see her on one of the photos who was very knowledgeable and helped me to choose between the different watches I looked at.What an amazing experience again.Highly recommend to visit the store as you feel so special and happy once you have been looked after there.Thank you so much for your help. I worked with Georgia at the Chadstone store and had a family gemstone ring remodelled into something more contemporary. 95% of correspondence was done over email making the experience seamless and easy. Prices were competitive and turnaround time was quick. They also managed to make a plain band with the leftover gold. I would highly recommend them and will happily go there again.
