Bec Pellowe OUTSTANDING!!! My hubby found a white quartz beach stone in NZ which had sentimental value. A good friend recommended Erimus so we chatted to Mark about enclosing the stone with silver and also adding a clasp thing so that I could hang it to my fav Pandora necklace. Mark clearly talked us through his suggestion (which we loved) and quoted a reasonable price for the work. He told us the necklace would be ready to collect in three weeks, but after two weeks we were told that we could come and collect it, yay. I was absolutely wrapped! It looks so professionally crafted no one would know its story! Mark, I cant thank you enough for creating this timeless piece. Also, to the lovely lady who served me when I collected it (sorry, I am usually so good with names!!!), her customer service was also outstanding!
