5 /5 Uyen Phuong: I visited the store at Plenty Valley to exchange my watch after having a negative experience at the Epping Plaza store. The young lady at Plenty Valley was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the process smooth and pleasant. If you live in the area, I highly recommend shopping at this location instead of Epping Plaza if you value excellent customer service.

1 /5 Michael Graham: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Prouds Jewellery Store. As a long-time loyal customer, I have always shopped with Prouds for all my jewellery needs, including gold rings, earrings, baby bracelets for my daughter, and a graduation chain for my son. However, when I recently needed my sons chain repaired, I was refused service because I no longer had the receipt, which is understandable after a few years. Its incredibly disheartening that my loyalty to Prouds over the years means nothing when I genuinely need assistance. Despite having spent a significant amount of money and trusting them with important purchases, their refusal to help with a simple repair (I was going to paid for) due to a missing receipt feels like a betrayal. I expected better from a store Ive supported for so long. Sadly, I wont be returning to Prouds in the future.

1 /5 Ethan Richards: Just get what you need and go, and be prepared to be judged based on how you look/ dress. I decided to wait until after our wedding to review this store. I went in to get a combination engagement/wedding ring for my partner and I decided to get coverage for cleaning and size replacements. Right off the bat, I was judged, they showed me cheap jewellery without asking my budget and then told me it was a fast service for resizing and cleaning, so it would be beneficial for me to get the coverage, so I paid up. Cut to a few months later, and we went in for a resizing, it was only to go up one size, this took 4 weeks, when I asked what took so long I was told "you should know these take time" which isnt what you told me in the beginning. A few months pass and I needed a wedding band, unfortunately the one I liked was back in this store. So in we walked, we were then looked up and down before being served, it was embarrassing! But I was sized on the spot, and then after 6 weeks I had my wedding band. Our wedding was about a month away, so I took the rings in to get cleaned, because I bought the coverage and they said it would be quick. Unfortunately, quick meant 4 weeks, which was cutting too close to he wedding, but of course its my fault for not "getting in sooner to clean". The literal next store we went to, was able to take our rings in and clean it ON THE SPOT, and when we told them this story they apologized for another stores behaviour and didnt charge us. There is nothing PROUD about this jeweller. I couldnt be any more disappointed in the entire staff of this store, an reading reviews, Im clearly not the only one. Will never be returning and will be passing this on to our friends and family to avoid this store.
