1 /5 Louise Cooper: Unhelpful and rude. Wanted to get a watch that contained no metal for a colleague as he works in a prison. I am aware that swatch stock these. The girl I asked was unhelpful and rude and denied knowing about such a thing, I then went to Collin’s street where the assistant was most helpful and couldn’t have helped more with a whole range of different options. I bought a watch and was happy.

4 /5 Girik Gupta: I visited the Swatch store at DFO South Wharf. The store itself is quite small and the collection isn’t very extensive, so there aren’t too many options to browse through. That said, I was lucky enough to find exactly what I was looking for — the Jean-Michel Basquiat Swatch Edition watch. What really made the visit worthwhile was the service. I was assisted by Ashley, who was sweet, approachable, and very helpful. She patiently guided me through the options available and made the experience smooth and pleasant. On top of that, I managed to get a good discount on my watch, and noticed that many of the other pieces in store were also heavily discounted. While the range is limited, the excellent service from Ashley and the discounts make it worth checking out.
