Blake I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it. The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch.. Thank you! leonie leonida Always a wonderful experience working with the fabulous team at pieces of eight! First time working with them on a custom piece, artist Belinda Esperson. A family member loved the style a brooch though found it a little large so she created a smaller version that was just perfect! Look forward to many more purchases and hopefully custom creations.

Susan Jowett I went into Harli and Harpa today at Eastland 11/8 looking for a chain that I bought a few weeks ago that I absolutely loved, but sadly lost. I must say, the two girls that helped me went beyond my expectations trying to find the chain in store and online. The service I received was exceptional. I wish I took down their names, but one was blonde and the other dark haired. Thank you so much for trying so so hard and even though i didnt get to buy it again, you both tried so hard . You should be commended for going out of your way to help me.
