1 /5 shell wells: ~Really disappointing service at the Eastland store~
I usually love HARLI+HARPA and have had great experiences at other locations like Doncaster, where the staff are always lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, my visit to the Eastland store today was the complete opposite and extremely disappointing.
My sister and I went in to buy a gift for a friend and politely asked the girl working there (blonde hair with brown streaks) if they had other designs for a product. Instead of helping us, she looked at us like we were bothering her and spoke to us in a extremely rude and dismissive way.
It’s really disappointing and unprofessional for a retail staff member to treat people like this, especially when we’ve always had great service at other HARLI+HARPA stores. This kind of attitude makes me not want to shop at the Eastland store again, which is a shame because I genuinely find the brand incredible.
I really hope management looks into this, because no one should be made to feel uncomfortable for simply asking a question and genuinely hope that other shoppers dont have to experience the same type of service that we had to today.
