1 /5 Max: Definitely agree with some of the negative feedback. I bought my wife a $4k diamond gold ring which I paid upfront in November last year .
They would not accept a deposit, only full price. Had to sweat for 10 weeks as the ring was being made overseas and $4k in limbo. Did receive the ring finally in January. After one weeks wear, a diamond fell out. Another 3 weeks for repairs. When we received the ring, we were told by the senior lady at the Bankstown store that we would receive points to the value of $150. Apparently we were meant to receive a card with the points but that never happened despite their policy indicating one would under their Ultimate Rewards Program. She did however kept pushing us to buy a maintenance and insurance pack for $400 which thank goodness we didn’t. As recently as two weeks ago, my wife went in with the intention of buying a $900 gold bangle and using her points to pay for part of it. Low and behold the same senior lady told her your points have expired. We were never told there was an expiry on them let alone a card we didn’t receive ! Given she didn’t budge, I contacted their customer service. After several days of online chat ( you cannot speak with anyone) I had to explain the story to four different people. In the end, they were all useless. I was told 1 month, 3 months, and even 12 months expiry on points. But no one could give me a definite answer. Their policy incidentally states 12 months. Anyway, as I was getting nowhere, they said contact the store manager or regional manager. As we had no luck with the store manager, we asked for the regional managers contact details but of course they could not even provide us with the most simplest task. That’s why they are absolutely useless. So the moral of the story is don’t trust Bevilles. Their store service is crap, workmanship is poor quality and they are rude and dishonest. And so is their non customer service.
