julika jozsa VERY UNHAPY. my boyfriend gifted me a promise ring from pandora recently for a Christmas gift!! i only had it for 2 months and i wear it out i dont even do sports and i look down the whole gem is completely missing. I don’t know how this happens as pandora is expensive and i need a full refund!!! i dont move around alot and i can’t believe that this can happen. My boyfriend has trouble finished his receipt and i need a full refund please.

Ghassan I dont want to give this shop 1star,I purchased a watch on the 13/5/2025 it was gaining time,I took it back for them to tell me it would take 3 months to fix it I asked for a refund they said it was out of warranty by 10 days and would not do anything about it. I paid $500.00 for the Seiko watch i recommend for people not to go to this shop in Miranda no service no courtesy very disappointed. All thay interested in your money i will never go to this shop again and the matter in the hands of Department of Fair Trading.

Jennifer Hoffmann I purchased a men’s ring for a special occasion, apparently the strongest ring “Tungsten” for my sporty husband, only for it to break right through when it was first dropped. No honouring of warranty, no solution offered. This ring is NOT Tungsten! Stay well away.

Red Absolutely love these guys - honest, great work, swift turnaround, reasonable cost. I tried other jewellers much closer to me for repairs and redesign, and am either given overinflated quotes or it cannot be done ... Rainbow Jewellers have always done beautiful, creative and fairly priced work. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Teneal Morley Rainbow Jewellers were great. I had a ring resized for $30, other places were quoting $50+. The work was also amazing, you couldnt see the join where they took out the piece of the band. Highly recommend.

Girls took the time to go through different products and discuss before the piercing. Both ladies in store were absolutley lovely!! Awesome service. Mary O my goodness! The staff are amazing here! Yesterday I came in for a helix piercing and I expected the usual "welcome how can I help" but instead I was greeted in such a way I felt like I have known them for years! The lady that pierced my ear was the best and im so happy with the results! I felt like I spent more time just chatting with the staff then getting my helix done XD The two ladys working on the 27/5 (sorry Ive forgotten their beautiful name) they deserve a raise! But from what I have seen from other reviews and family experiences it seems like everyone who works there is amazing! Best jewellery shop ever!!

Victoria V I recently called the store to inquire about a jewellery piece I was interested in. The call was answered by a staff member named Monica, whose manner was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was trying to ask her questions, she was speaking to other customers in the background and seemed more focused on them than on our call. Her tone was abrupt and dismissive, which left me with a very negative impression. It’s unfortunate, as I had been seriously considering a purchase. Thankfully, there are many other jewellery stores in locally.

K C No wonder Swarovski has gone down hill. I made an online purchase last night of a bracelet and earrings. It is a gift for my daughter so decided to pay the extra $6 for “gift wrapping”. When I went to pick up the items I was informed that the earrings were being posted out to me for some unknown reason and the bracelet was wrapped but shoved into a tiny bag that was way to small for it and looked ridiculous. I opened the box to I sore t the bracelet before giving it to her and it was wrapped in some cheap thick type of glad wrap. Not the experience you use to get from this brand and won’t be shopping here again.
