5 /5 holly: Came into the store and immediately saw a rude customer giving Alyssa a hard time. After Alyssa attended to her she came over and helped me swap out a previous purchase for a better size. Alyssa was so helpful and friendly despite a not great start to her shift. Will be going back knowing how great her customer service is. Thanks Alyssa

1 /5 julika jozsa: VERY UNHAPY. my boyfriend gifted me a promise ring from pandora recently for a Christmas gift!! i only had it for 2 months and i wear it out i dont even do sports and i look down the whole gem is completely missing. I don’t know how this happens as pandora is expensive and i need a full refund!!! i dont move around alot and i can’t believe that this can happen. My boyfriend has trouble finished his receipt and i need a full refund please.

I had a necklace engraved and was very indecisive and struggled with the process as I was trying to trace my nans handwriting, She was incredibly patient and helpful with suggestions and I am absolutely in love with the result! 10/10 for Pandora Miranda and Natasha!

1 /5 Adriana Shirazi: Walked into the Miranda store today at 3.30pm asking for a cleaning for my pandora earrings. The girl with long brown hair and fringe rudely dismissed my query and said they don’t offer that service here due to “hygiene purposes”. When I explained I had recently had this done for earrings at the Bondi store she smirked and said we don’t do that here in a belittling tone. I have since called head office and confirmed that earring cleaning service is part of the customer care at all pandora stores. Hopefully they take this advice on and train their employees to provide excellent customer service in the future.
