Ashley Gribbin Absolutely the best salon around. I drive for an hour to come and see Pam because I trust her completely with my skin. I was having some big issues with my skin previously and was told to go really strong meds which I didn’t think was necessary for what was happening so I went to see Pam who assessed my skin and started treating it. It completely improved and healed. I am so grateful thay Pam actually helped me all those years ago and I wish I’d gone in sooner! Highly recommend to anyone

Fady the owner is not only clinically knowledgeable but also provides the old fashioned personalised service that is so rare to find these days. He has taken special interest in and care for my son who has had serious health problems, managing our medications and always checking in on his progress. I can not recommend this pharmacy enough (and I am a tough marker being in the health care industry myself!)

Helen Clarke Very upset with my eyebrows. I asked, more than once, to have a natural look. Mid brown, not too dark. They look black and I look ridiculous. I’m so embarrassed to be out in public. They are also very sore from being rubbed to try and remove the excess tint. I will never go back and don’t recommend.

The communication provided for returning was explicit. It is required that you pay for the return postage which is fair. There was no trouble getting a refund.

Charlotte Ritchie I’m disappointed with this service. I placed a larger order because I was influenced by a free product offer from a brand I really like. The free item appeared in my cart during checkout, so I assumed everything met the requirements. However, the product never arrived. I was later told it was because I was $20 short specifically within that brand’s spend requirement—something that was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. This also doesn’t explain why the item was shown in my cart and included in the order. Had I known this, I would have adjusted my order accordingly. The company does not want to resolve the issue, which has left me with a negative impression of the service overall.

Jo McPhee Sally asked a few questions and quickly understood what colour and style I was after. I needed a colour fix-up and she knew exactly how to achieve it and discussed a plan for getting to where I want to be with my colour. The salon was super friendly and Sal is such a talent!

Alex Carroll I’ve been getting my hair cut by Sally for over two years now and recently started getting it coloured by her as well. Every cut and colour I’ve have had has been exceptional. Sally is so professional and knowledgeable and knows exactly how to deal with my hair which is extremely thick. The salon is beautiful and I’m always impressed with the finished product.

A couple of times I tried other beauticians only because it was close to my work for convenience. But I always come back and will never go anywhere else. Sherry is like my family beautician now. She is great!

Julia Iezzi I have been going to Sherry for about 5 years now and don’t plan on changing. She is always quick, professional and her waxing is one of the least painful I have ever experienced! The new Salon is beautiful and there’s plenty of street parking available.

I havent found cheaper rates on the Northern beaches! I also would like to add that Sherry always accommodates me with time as I usually never book in advance but she always makes something work out on the day to fit me in :) I highly recommend Salon S services.

olivia sassen I used to go here all the time and was always very happy. Today I was quite dissapointed with the service. I called beforehand to book a spot for 11 am. It was really busy, so understandably I had to wait a bit. However, it was 11:50 by the time the helped me. My nails were done in a rush and you can tell by the way the turned out.. I also did not receive the full treatment that is usually given. They also kept on welcoming new customers in, whilst there were still 5 ladies waiting to be served. I hope you take on this feedback and improve your service as I would still like to come back.

ana carolina affonseca I think it was Beo who helped me out. When I got there, it wasn’t too busy yet so I was seen pretty quickly. I had called the day before and they gave me this time. Everything was great, and honestly, just for the manicurist’s patience with the flowers I asked for—it was perfect! 10/10.

Margaux Pentecost i get my nails done here every 3-4 weeks and have been doing so since 2022. They never fail to impress. I will show them pictures from Pinterest and they always do a fantastic job. Robbie Cranfield Amanda McGiever my derma therapist isAMAZING! her knowledge of skin is unbelievably good which is rare globally. I will always stick with Amanda as she is head and shoulders above any therapists I have gone to in the past and my skin is great because of her. Age related issues have been reversed and prevented and gets better all the time. I would recommend Amanda to anyone wanting superior dermatological therapy and wants reall results. Robbie C

We went through a number of groomers in the first year until we met Jorge - our dog hates bath and because he’s a small dog, he has had experience where his eyes got irritated by shampoo and the drying process. Jorge is very patient and spends the time with him to relax him. Our dog always come back looking handsome and happy!

Slavka Moyle Ive been going to this Salon for quite a while now, however I was not happy with my Teddys fur cut. It wasnt even. Id appreciate it if his legs were shaved too. He is funny looking now. Like they did a fast job with my teddy. The groomer shouldve taken his time to groom my teddy as Im paying $180 for this?!

Sandra Auro The place is big enough and quite peaceful, but there aren’t any other stores like Kmart or Big W around, so it feels a bit quiet. People don’t usually say good morning—it’s like they’re still half asleep! But they are very respectful towards the elderly, which is really lovely to see.

Sarah Really rude service skipped so many steps I went with a. Friend and her nail tech was so lovely and checked whether she was happy with the colour but my nail tech, when I asked for shorter said “already done” and moved on. Didn’t check the lengths were even (weren’t even) and just rude in general and then asked if I had pay ID? I do.. but why would I want to go out of my way to pay through Pay ID when you were so rude and skipped steps. Get a different job if you hate your life that much

stu gore jones team is always so lovely and accommodating, only been in twice but have restored my faith in nail artists, as per usual im fit in supa easily never a problem; not sure the name of my stylist but she gave me exactly what i wanted, blue into a natural nude colour- she did an amazing job at the ombré also !!

Libby Baldwin had a mani pedi with gel polish for hands. Picked a light pink colour which I specifically asked if it would be sheer and they explicitly said no. Three coats later it is extremely sheer so I ask for an extra coat explaining that I asked if it would be sheer and was told no. Was then laughed and stared at and repeatedly asked to put on top coat til I agreed. I’ve been home for 30 mins and my pedicure has already chipped.

Taylah Schrader I am so happy with my nails! I came in late on a Thursday night and asked if they could do a blue/pink ombre, and my lovely tech took up the challenge... with perfect results. Great techniques with SNS tips, no cuts or bleeding and very accommodating in finding the right colours to help me.

Adele If I ask if you have time to do my nails, please don’t grunt at me and point to a chair. Be polite, maybe a smile wouldn’t hurt. I did not sit down and I went somewhere else!! Shocking- treat customers with respect
