Donna Truong Ive been getting my nails done at Fresh Nails for almost a decade now and will continue to come back. Not only do they look after you but always give suggestions when you struggle to decide on what colour youd like to get. They are efficient knowing that I was a new mum in that season but always paid great attention to detail. The ladies are lovely and welcoming and would recommend their services to anyone.

Madison Knox I dont understand what happened to customer service theses days. I ring up to see if they are available for me to come in as I don’t have a booking and I could barely hear what she was saying nor was there no enthusiasm. I come in and stand there while they talk until they notice me then sit down. Never got asked what shape or length I wanted, ended up way too short. I was currently the last customer and one women goes on her phone and get a massage from the chair and the other are doing each others nails laughing in their language. Absolutely rude. Sat there waiting for my toes to dry for 30 minutes, ended up getting up myself. Don’t know how u can forget that you have a customer but anyway. Never would come back here or recommend spending your money here. Waste of my time and could have done a better or relaxing job myself.

Lavina Pinto I could rate zero or Do Not Visit disclaimer. My husband and I stepped in after coffee for pedicure for both of us there were just two of them one was busy with manicure absolutely quiet for a Monday morning which was expected hence we came. The elderly lady attended to both of us as there was no one for pedicure. I soaked my feet for 45 min while she attended to my husband after which I was done and dusted with my pedicure in 15 min absolutely poorly done. If this is their pedicure Please do Not Come here.

Verica Juric My nails broke and chipped in 3 days. This was the first and last time I entered this store. I’ll never come here again, I was “iffy” after the first 15mins, and their product is cheap.

Andria Eberl Would do 0 stars if I could. Went in for acrylic removal. They did not soak the nail before attempting to remove my acrylics, just filed off the top colour and then used a nail extension mould to scrape the polish off. Never had acrylics before so was unsure if the removal process was different to SNS (which I have had before) and therefore did not speak up as this was happening. My nail tech also didn’t cut my nails prior to trying to scrape the acrylic off which - as the acrylic was on my natural nail - caused multiple nails to rip down to the skin line. One nail bled. I was visibly in pain and asked if this was normal to which she said “yes this is normal”. The only nail that hasn’t been destroyed is the one nail that was soaked which was because she could not get the file underneath to lift the edge. One of her colleagues started trying to remove a piece of acrylic left on my nail but it was ripping my nail further so I asked if she could just please finish because I was in a lot of pain and wanted to leave. When I brought up that my nail was bleeding, my nail tech said “yes but it is covered” I assume to say that the bleeding is OK because there is still some nail left. The justification of such obviously poor work is honestly disgusting and to still charge me $25 after making my nails bleed is horrendous. I should have not paid and just left but I was so upset by having my complaints dismissed and the excuses I was presented with that I just wanted to be done with them.
