Helen Bennett This protected area is home to a Blue Gum High Forest, & is fascinating to explore & study the trees & habitat. You can do a very pleasant loop walk, which takes about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace.

Jason M Beautiful Rainforest type Oasis within the Northern Suburbs of Sydney. Lots of Birds, Lizards and a few Wallabies. Maybe more Wildlife within the confines of the Native Bushland. Great place to walk and relax. Beautiful Nature Reserve.

Harry S Beautiful remnant forest. Small but big enough to explore. Unfortunately the tracks are not always well maintained and thus can be hard to follow. If your lucky you may see wallabies.

gordon k Its a nice and easy track at the first 20mins walk from the Warragal Road entry. However once you go deep into the forest, you can get lost because there are many side tracks without any sign to tell you where the track goes. It gets creepy in certain area because the sunlight are blocked by the dense trees like real rain forest. Luckily there are always local people walking by to make it less scary.

Veronica McConachy A wonderful walk, lots of birdlife and stunning walks. There are many tracks to wander along, from big gums to rainforest tracks that meandering alongside of a stream. Keep your eye out for the black cockatoo, kookaburras and there is an owl that nests there also. Definitely worth your time.

Paul Ward Really a lovely sylvan track. You can extend it for several additional kilometers. Only met a few other people in the walk. Impressive trail building efforts with cut stairs in stone and sometimes with hand rails. It is a bit of a descent (ascent in return) and you probably wouldnt want to do it after heavy rains. But... if you seek a quiet and secluded walk among native blue gum and black butt trees.... go for it by all means!

Igor Vyvey Nice hilly tracks along the creeks in one of the last remnant pockets of tall blue gum trees and home of the powerful owl. Makes for an enjoyable local bushwalk with multiple entrances.

Jenny Hao Good place for a morning walk. Lots of ovals, and playground facilities, scattered over the park, there are BBQs too. Good for family weekend. Go there early, I think the place is very popular.

David Castro Amazing place to take the kids and also walk the dogs. There is a sandpit for the enthusiasts who want to get creative with sand. Right next door there is a swimming pool and gym. There is a big field space where you can run around or walk the dog.

Dave Watson Nice and clean, but the flight path that runs directly above the park means regular low flying (LOUD) commercial jets do hurt the "relaxing" atmosphere. Its not a deal breaker and its still a great park to walk through, but if youre looking to read or have a low sensory chill out, you might be better at another spot.

Philippa Dunstan I loved the playground at this park. Features included embankment slide, climbing net, chimes, bridges, swing seat, spinner, play structure sand pit nature play opportunities and sculptures. Rubber softfall links a majority of the play items accessible pathways allowing for inclusion by all. Plenty of bench seats with back rests. Walking tracks around the park were loving though the grade is varied We will definitely go again especially in the afternoon so we can have an early dinner at the West Pymble bowlo.

Julia Eagles Pymble Soldiers Memorial Park is a well looked after little park. Good calm feeling, with an unexpected view of the Sydney skyline. It has a central pretty arbor structure covered in bright orange trumpet vine, offering a lovely shade centrepiece. Several benches and plenty of grass for picnics. A good one to pair with a walk in the Blue Gum forest next door. Thanks Ku-ring-gai Council.

The Robertson Gardener In my opinion as a Horticulturalist, this is the best old school May bush (Spiraea sp.) Hedge in the whole of the Ku-ring-gai LGA. See it once at least in early September before one of the arse clowns at the Council rip it out. This was what Parks & gardens used to be like before the mediocrity set in. Best May Bush hedge ***ever*** Truly magnificent old school hedge. Love it. Dont take my word for it. See it for yourself in early September. Must see for gardeners.

Kaokong Flowers are beautiful during this time. It is a compact garden suitable for visiting and reading. The entrance is quite difficult because of the small road and the visibility of driving is obscured by houses and trees.

Parinaz Beautiful, well manicured park. Full of flowers! Very quiet and peaceful. Not much to do as its a smallish park...but you can surely take a short stroll and then admire the garden from one of the benches. I dont think many people visit this place as its always empty! Every time we visit, its like our own personal park. Its right on the main road, so you need to park in one of the lanes near by.

Wrichie M Park is very dirty. We were there for less than 10 mins and were bitten by thousands of mosquitoes. Had to leave as soon as we got there.
