Elham Avvaly Bought a wrist chain. I was told it is gold plated and it would not tarnish. A month later started to wear of and look awful. Try to return it and i was told I want supposed to let it get in contact with shampoo, soap, sanitizer, hand cream. Gold doesnot tarnish.

Ella Mazraie I have visited your shop at Top Ryde shopping centre on Sunday 23/01/2022 around 3.45pm. I am a regular customer and really like your shop and jewelleries. When I walked into your shop, there was a woman standing at the back room, chatting with 2 other man with a trolley full of grocery shopping in the back room. No greeting or even an eye contact, Which was fine for me at the beginning. I was looking at the earrings when my cousin accidentally poured some water on the floor and apologised the Lady which was still completely ignoring us. Then she turned around and said be careful with an aggressive tone! That was when she finally stopped chatting so I could asked her for help. I asked if the earnings is gold plated? She said "cant you tell by the price?! " She was super rude and aggresive. We left the shop because I was not feeling good by the way she treated us. But really wanted to give her a feedback so I went back and asked her why she is so disrespectful and rude to customers. She said "You cant afford to buy and you are just wasting your time." Then she said, get out of my shop! Then she went to the security and I followed her. As I was the one who wanted to complain about her. When I told her That I will write a complaint about her,she showed me a finger and swore at me! ( you can check the cameras for your reference). For a business like yours the staff and customer service is really important. I had a very bad experience and wont recommend this place to anyone.
