But Thursday late night shopping on 20th March we were served by a young lady who was super nice and changed my opinion on the store she didn’t rush me and my mum and even gift wrapped for us. She should be here more often she is more friendly!

5 /5 Grace Agostino: Excellent customer service. Went into this store with my daughter to purchase a Christmas gift for her. When the specific colour of the bag she wanted was not in stock at the store, the Manager Debbie together with her work colleague Erica, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the one my daughter wanted. In addition, the Manager Debbie was kind enough to describe some of the features of the bag we werent aware of, making the product more appealing and practicable to purchase. Both staff members were very professional, friendly and helpful. Very impressed by the great service and great products.

1 /5 Ferrera Grace (Grace Ferrera): I must say, not a pleasant shopping experience. The store manager was rude, pushy, hostile and bordering on aggressive with her customer service as I browsed the store. She also would not accept no for an answer, when asked if I wished to sign up for store membership, as though it wasnt a voluntary thing and badgered me to the point where I was about to walk out of the store midway through purchase. Some interpersonal skills training would not go amiss here! I will definitely be avoiding this store always.
